How much does it cost to join?+
Joining the Royalty Rewards program is completely free. You only need to create your account online or register at reception during your next visit.
When do I receive my points?+
Points are credited within 72 hours after check-out, once the full payment of the eligible stay has been confirmed.
Do points expire?+
Points are valid for 24 months for Member, Silver and Gold tiers, and 36 months for Diamond. Any account activity (stay or redemption) resets the counter.
Can I combine points with the rate?+
Yes. With our Points + cash modality you can cover part of an eligible booking using your points and the rest in cash.
How do I level up?+
Leveling up is automatic: you reach Silver with 10 nights, Gold with 25 and Diamond with 50 eligible nights within 12 months of your enrollment or last upgrade.
Do benefits apply at both hotels?+
Yes. Royalty Rewards privileges are valid at both Royal Villas Resort and Don Pelayo, always subject to each property's availability.
