The great "International Carnival of Mazatlan" is held, where the queen is crowned, there are floral displays, a gastronomic show and a parade of floats.
During the Holy Week celebrations, theatrical representations of the Passion of Christ are performed. On the non-religious side, the beaches are filled with tourists who come to the festivities, volleyball tournaments and concerts.
In Mazatlan, the tradition of friends getting together to eat tamales is still preserved.
At the "Carnival Fair" you can enjoy mechanical games, handicrafts, food and musical shows.
Theater, ballet, opera and musical concerts are also presented. Events are held during October, November and December.

From April 9 to 16, 2023, a new and refreshing event is the "Motorcycle Week", where different models of motorcycles are exhibited and sold, in addition to different events, such as the naming and crowning of the "Miss Moto Club".
The Immaculate Conception is celebrated in the Port of Mazatlan, with music, dances and procession.
